The property was acquired with the view to raise local financial resources to help the ministry of TEEZ through its monthly grants to TEEZ. Over the years Providence Lodge started going down and its infrastructure falling apart and becoming more dilapidated. The other structure that was started stalled for about 9 years. By 2021 the story had changed, and the place looks more attractive to the clients. In 2021 Providence TEEZ Lodge recorded an annual turnover of 1,104,032.00 against the annual incomes of between K500,000 and K680,000 in the period 2016 to 2019. In 2020 we changed staff leadership at the lodge, and this recorded a positive impact of income increase to K728,000. In 2021 we have recorded significant increase of about 70% income. In 2022, the Lodge has increased its incomes from K1,104,032.00 to K1,718,350.00. We are on a path to local financial sustainability. With the engagement of the right staff and increased investment into Providence TEEZ Lodge has recorded good incomes.STORIES OF CHANGE
